Tariffs
Rooms are available from £125 per room per night (Single occupancy) including breakfast and tea, coffee and biscuits. £140 double occupancy.

Directions
From Launceston, follow the B3254 towards Bude. Continue on this road for approx. 5 miles, passing through Yeolmbridge and Ladycross.
After approximately 1.5 miles turn left sign-posted North Petherwin.
Continue on the smaller by-road for about 500 yards and take the first right – signposted towards Week St Mary and Clubworthy.(Do not actually go to the village of North Petherwin as this could make it harder to find us).
Continue on this road passing Godcott,& Avallon, – it will seem longer than 2.5 miles but you should then see Collacott on left hand side as you can see in the photo. There is no separate sign for The Barn so please just follow the farm lane and pass the front of the farmhouse, down a gentle slope to a large car park. If you use satnav, we find it only tends to bring guests to within a mile, so simply keep going and you will see the farm entrance after a mile or so.
